What I did
- Built a Shopify store from scratch for the furniture venture, growing traffic 33x with a 3.7% conversion rate in year one.
- Set the fundamentals across every venture: CRO, SEO, user journeys, copywriting, policies and GDPR compliance.
- Set and ran the marketing strategy across SEO, CRO, PPC, email, content and CRM.
- Now using AI to build a new e-commerce website, developing custom MCP servers and building apps.
